Halloween and Bonfire Night at The Old Vic
Halloween is a popular day among the younger generation as they get to dress up in their creative costumes and enjoy a range of fun activities. However, it’s not just a day for the kids to have fun. As the residents of The Old Vicarage Care Home showed, the older generation certainly know how to make the most of Halloween too!
Wearing suitably spooky attire, the Old Vic residents enjoyed a fantastic Halloween party. The amazing staff at our
residential care home in Kettering put together an array of delicious food and drinks which went down an absolute treat. This was followed by some fun party games, with everybody excited to get involved and show their competitive sides! The party was a huge success, with the staff and residents all having a great time.
Just as the adrenaline from the Halloween activity was wearing off it was time for another exciting occasion - Bonfire Night! The garden at The Old Vic isn’t quite big enough for a bonfire, but the residents celebrated the evening with a lovely sparkler display instead! After this it was back indoors to warm up with some hot dogs and hot chocolate - delicious!
